This kimchi ketchup is a true labour of love, barrel-fermented for 4+ months to unlock its deep, smoky-sweet complexity. Each batch undergoes a meticulous fermentation process, allowing the bold, tangy flavours to slowly develop and intensify.
Ideal for when you want the bold flavours of kimchi and the versatility of ketchup. Made with a base of aged gochugaru, garlic, ginger, fiery habanero and a dash of anchovy sauce for that umami goodness.
