Shipping policy

 

All orders will be received within 2–8 business days.

Gaga's online orders are only delivered to qualifying postcodes in VIC, NSW & ACT at this time. All orders placed on our website are delivered via our refrigerated shipping partner. 

We despatch orders once per week.

VIC NSW & ACT orders are despatched on Tuesdays (4-6pm AEST). Cut off for Tuesday despatch is Monday 12pm AEST.

You will receive delivery updates from our cold fulfilment partner via SMS as our ferments make their way to your door. If there is any reason we expect your order to be delayed, we will advise by email. 

Delivery Schedule Overview

To help you plan your order, please refer to the regional delivery schedule below. All orders are dispatched every Tuesday. Your delivery will arrive on the next available service day for your area.

Please note: Echuca and Shepparton are serviced fortnightly, so delivery times may be longer. Deliveries to the Blue Mountains will arrive the following Wednesday.
