  • Raw Vegan Kimchi

    Gaga's Kimchi undergoes natural fermentation, which results in the development of beneficial probiotics. Over time, it becomes tangier and sourer, which is a natural part of the fermentation process. Fresh ginger and dried red peppers give our Vegan Kimchi a spicy umami flavour only achievable through natural, slow fermentation.

    Ingredients: cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, sea salt.

  • Raw Radish Kimchi

    White Radish Kimchi, commonly known as Ggakdugi, is a traditional Korean side dish made primarily from diced white radish (daikon). This kimchi variety is seasoned with a mix of garlic, ginger and chilli, resulting in a crunchy, spicy, and tangy delight.
