INGREDIENTS
- Vegan sausages
- Hot dog buns
- Dill pickles
- Gaga's Power Kraut
- 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tsp grated onion
- Pinch of pepper
METHOD
Make a simple Russian dressing by mixing the vegan mayo, ketchup, grated onion and pepper. Cut hot dog buns lengthways, but not all the way through! Spread generously with some dressing, place on a few slices of dill pickle, vegan sausage and load with our delicious gut-lovin’ kraut! Serve with potato chips and enjoy!
