Start by soaking one cup of chia seeds in two cups of water. Add one tablespoon of your preferred sweetener (maple syrup, honey or rice malt work well). Stir this and put aside for ten mins. In this time your chia should form a gel.
Now it's time to layer, start by adding some of the chia gel, then some yoghurt, top with some granola or buckini, then some almond butter or whatever nut butter you prefer. Top with some sliced fruits, repeat & then you're done. Enjoy!
